Its definitely nonstick but ill mainly be using this for eggs & stuff that doesnt burn to the pan. I also love the big top it comes with. You know your old when you get excited about a new pan 😅

I love that it is non stick without Teflon for a healthier option when cooking. It is also big enough to cook things for a family of 4.

The best part about them is how well they cook though. Nothing sticks to them but I did add just a tad bit of oil but the clean-up was so easy! The food literally just wiped right out with a damp cloth, I didn't have to use any soap at all and they're dishwasher safe which is a huge plus. The gold handles felt really nice and strong, there was no wobbling and they didn't feel like they were going to come loose either. In my opinion, these pans are a very nice addition to my cookware and worth every penny.

Second of all, they made the best pancakes we have ever seen! Perfectly golden brown pancakes. And the non-stick! Oh my goodness!!! I was able to flip my pancakes over with a rubber spatula, I have never experienced such a truly non stick pan. It was fabulous, and clean up was a breeze! I am so excited to continue cooking with these!

The nonstick coating has worked well so far, but I’m worried about chipping on the outside of the pan. It comes with a matching lid that fits well and is very useful. I don’t like how heavy it is as I can barely move it without any food. It’s good, but I will keep looking for better.

Bought these for christmas last year and the set did not even last me a year. The pans lost their nonstick capabilities after 6 months and started chipping along the sides leaving me with white flecks from the coating in my food!! For the price I definitely expected better.

I just purchased this as a gift and could not be happier...want to keep it for myself! It was an instant hit for my sister, and her family loves it. The quality of the pans are fantastic, the color is amazing, the handle is beautiful. The nonstick surface is the best, food simply slides off and rinses clean. I have Greenpan and love it. I would highly recommend!
