[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting to switch all of my cookware to ceramic and stain steel cookware since it is suppose to be non toxic and way healthier for you so I was so excited to be able to try this pan! I absolutely love it. It is the perfect size, not too big and not too small. I was so excited to test it out and am so excited for all the meals I will to make using this pan (I took the pictures before I used the pan). The pan is used exactly like any other pan. I have a gas stove and it works great with it. It doesn’t take too long to heat up. I always use just a little oil or butter even with nonstick pans and the pan didn’t burn the oil by not using it fast enough. I love that it comes with a lid. It is also just such a beautiful pan. White and gold are my favorite so this pan matches my style perfectly. This is definitely going to be a pan I overuse!

The pan seems to heat up evenly and cleans up easily. I haven't had it long enough to say anything about the longevity, but so far it feels sturdy and well made. Not too heavy but it feels substantial and like it's made well. I put it to my favorite test for pans -- scrambled eggs -- and I was amazed at how well it worked. The eggs cooked well, didn't stick and clean up was a breeze. This is easily the best pan I've used and I've tried many.

I love the Twilight (dark blue) color and the gold handles add a beautiful touch as well. Not only is this set nice to look at it, but all of the pieces are durable and functional. I like that the pots and pans are ceramic and have non-stick coating making them easy to clean. Overall, I highly recommend to anyone looking to get very nice pots and pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan itself is gorgeous. The color is cute and the gold handle goes perfectly with the yellow pan. There are a few things I would change, one is how deep the pan is, I normally like my pans a bit deeper this is not deep at all. Also with all the metal like the handle on the lid and on the pan they get hot to touch. Nothing stuck to it and it looks gorgeous in my kitchen so I guess it all about preference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't to impressed with these pans. To me they worked just as well as any other brand on the market with the same features. I decided to do an experiment to see how it would cook using no spray and using spray. I used both pans on my stovetop and in my oven side by side cooking the same dish. On the stovetop I decided to cook fried eggs to test the nonstick ability and I wasn't impressed. In the oven I choose a frittata and there was noticable uneven cooking. I will continue to use them and see if I get different results but until then I'm definitely not switching from my regular pans.

Not only are they absolutely adorable with the Blue Nova color, but they are scratch resistant and very well made. You can tell that they are built to be durable but are still very light and would be easy to use for someone who doesn’t have a lot of strength in their wrists or arms. The heat distribution is wonderful, but it is a little stronger directly over the burner, unlike a cast iron pan with the very equally distributed heat. They are also VERY easy to clean, which makes them a win in my book!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this one has a lid, a lot of my larger pans don't have a lid with them and I have to put tinfoil on top of it. So this one is nice for that. Also, you can put this pan in the oven under 400º. But the best part is the non stick, I cooked some bacon in it and they just slid around nothing stuck! I do wish this pan wasn't as shallow as it is but other than that I like everything about it. Also you have to be really careful not to scratch it, it says to use silicone utensils, hand wash but not with an abrasive sponge, don't put in the dishwasher.
