The handles are very comfortable when picking up and very sturdy. I noticed that the distribution of heat was even thought out cooking. Cleaning was super eas nothing stuck to these pans. These 2 packs of pans are great for so many types of cooking. Also, the color is super gorgeous and can match any set. I could tell right away that these were a great quality. These don't come with lids but overall very great products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all this is the prettiest thing I have in my kitchen, it is really a gorgeous pan. It is high quality with a nice weight to it. The instructions are a bit different than most of my cookware so I am using it for things that don’t require high heat on the stovetop as per the instructions, but it cooks more evenly than any other pan I own. I cooked shrimp the other day and was really surprised that the shrimp on the outside edges cooked as quickly and evenly as those in the center directly over the flame. The best part is how food just slides out of the pan and it’s a breeze to wash. In love with this!

Cooking in it was a dream required very little oil and the food did not stick. I left it over night to see just how easy it was to clean and it cleaned up like a dream.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll start off by saying this is a beautiful elegant looking pan I made pan fried salmon and diced sweet potatoes for dinner I used the pan too cook them both the handles are sturdy there is a long handle on one side and a pull type handle on the other the long handle stayed cool to the touch for easy handing but the shorter handle was too hot to touch with out a pot holder I just used a small amount of olive oil and it glided smoothly all over the pan the heat distribution seemed even i was able to have the whole dinner done in under 20 min there was some burnt areas that looks like they would stick but the clean up was easy i just wiped clean with a paper towel and rinsed with warm soapy water i I feel like it would scrap easily so i don’t plan on using any abrasives on it ! for first time use I think it’s a great pan but time will tell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pans are beautifully made and look very slick! They are super easy to use for those stubborn stick-on foods and especially easy to clean! The reason for 4 stars is because they are meant for low to medium heat so it’s difficult to get a good sear on those temps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best ‘new pan experience’ from any I’ve previously used. Initially, I was focused on the construction and utility of the pan. The thick base to help distribute heat and maintain temperature. The riveted handle and holder that can go directly into the oven. The large size that can cook meals for six. Then I used it and my focus shifted to the non-stick coating. Usually coatings are either designed for protein or sugars. But this pan seemed to handle both easily. It can sear proteins with little to no oil and sweet sauces don’t stick to it. Meals that usually stick to my other pans have cleanly wiped off this pan with a paper towel. Absolutely amazed with the performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE the design of these - gold handles and hardware and periwinkle outer coat to the pans. So stylish and chic! It's a true dark, periwinkle color, so make sure that's what you want. I love the Green Pan brand as it's trustworthy and durable, as long as you do not use metal at all and wash with a soft cloth or dishtowel. Hand dry. They last so long, and i don't even use spray for my eggs (but I do use a spatula to cook eggs so i'm constantly stirring and scraping).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love cooking for my family, but hate the cleanup! This GreenPan Frypan was a breeze to use. I made tacos for dinner one night and the meat cooked evenly and did not stick to the pan. Cleaning the pan was easy as well and only required a few swipes of a sponge! The pan itself is beautiful, with gold accents and a taupe exterior, and I wish I had an entire set to match my kitchen! I really enjoyed cooking in this pan and I find myself reaching for it often.
