I have a whole set in blue that I love and I am obsessed with this new taupe color. It looks great in the kitchen and makes cooking just a little more fun. I cook every day, so easy to clean is very important. Nothing sticks to this pan! It is so easy to hand wash - I use a little dawn power wash and wipe it out and the pan is back to sparkling clean almost instantly. This pan will last a long time. I've cooked multiple times with these and they conduct heat fast ( think of cast iron) so I use them on medium heat at most. They are non stick and insanely easy to clean. They look great hung up and the largest pan is great for a big family. I can easily cook 4 porkchops in this single pan. Making clean up easy and seamless!

There is a hard anodized exterior that matches well with with ceramic interior. The pan is metal utensil safe and safe for all sovetops. The pan can be placed in a brolier or oven but only up to 425 degrees F. The drip free edges make for easy pouring. The scratch resistant ceramic interior distibutes the heat evenly. The fry pan is 11 inches which makes it great for most needs. The pan is dishwasher safe. The nonstick ceramic surface is a plus.

I like that I can put it directly into my oven under the broiler up to 550 degrees. This is wonderful for melting cheese or doing a quick browning under the broiler. It’s the perfect size for both eggs and also cooking everyday chicken. Heat is evenly distributed but you must follow the directions. Also a plus is that it is VERY easy to clean.
