[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very impressed with the quality of GreenPan since I started using their cookware and this set of Reserve Ceramic Nonstick 10" and 12" Frypan is no different. Both frying pan are nicely made, have a good weight distribution and most importantly, cook very evenly. The nonstick coating also makes it very easy to cook and to clean. The gold-tone handles give the pans a nice luxury finish. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with this set and highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is this frying pan so cute, but it works well too! Since it is ceramic it is very durable and cooks very evenly. It is annoying that it is hand wash only, but I don’t mind too much. Just be careful not to use metal or sharp utensils in the pan because it will ruin the bottom and nonstick qualities!

I was so excited for this set. I bought it so that I could be healthier since these are advertised to not have chemicals but every time I’ve used any of the pots or pans, there is a nauseating smell of chemicals that I almost couldn’t eat my food I made. Also I’ve been super gentle while cleaning them after using them and the coating is scratched (one was like that right out of the box and the other I’ve only used twice). SUPER disappointing especially with how expensive they are.

In addition to the opulent yellow panhandle, the color of the three pans is really attractive and goes well with an attractively planned kitchen. It actually has a beautiful design. The heat resistance comes next, and I believe that a medium heat setting is the most suitable. The three-pan set is easy to clean and comes in three sizes for a wide range of dish uses.

The pans are a good weight and conduct the heat evenly The 3 qt saute' pan is so versatile, I find myself using it most of the time for meals of 2-4 servings. The 5 qt stockpot handles do get hot when boiling spaghetti, but that is to be expected. The handles on the saucepans and frying pans seem to dissipate the heat well. The glass lids are nice for keeping an eye on what's for dinner. Nothing seems to stick so far and the pans are very easy to clean. I highly recommend this cookware set for anyone who loves to cook.

The porcelain is truly nonstick if you follow the directions for using the pan. It cooks great, it cleans nice and it looks great. Pan is dishwasher and oven safe, though Im not sure I will test that on such a lovely pan. The weight of the pan is not too heavy, nor too light. It is great quality and I truly think this pan will last a very long time if cared for like the manufacturer recommends. Great pan for sure!

It scratches easily, the pan got 1 scratch when it was put into the dish strainer and another 2 when it was stored with my other pans. While it works well the handle gets hot closer to the pan and the lid also gets hot.
