I have been using GreenPan products for years and have never had a problem with any of them. I recently ordered and received this 10" pan, did a quick wash/rinse with a soft cloth and soap and water and set it aside to cook with later. When I started dinner that night (warming it up on low heat) it immediately started to give off a burnt plastic/paint smell. My daughter even came in and said "What is that smell?" It was awful. Anyone who has chemical sensitivities will tell you that a smell like that is an instant red flag that there are chemicals being released - in this case into your food and air! I'm so disappointed. The box is gone and I've used it once, so there can be no refund. Stick to the regular GreenPans and pass on these new finishes!

We wanted to wait a full month before writing a review to ensure a full understanding of the product and accuracy of the review. These elegant pots and pans come in a sleek, gorgeous, and timeless look. They can transform a space by providing just the right amount of color and style to our exposed shelves in a small city apartment. In terms of function, they are simply the best pots and pans we have used. They evenly disperse heat across the pan, can sear like stainless steel, and can withstand heavy usage. On top of all this, they clean like a dream. Never have I ever been able to clean up a big Sunday dinner like I can with Green Pan. I was skeptical about their utensils in the beginning but they have now become my favorite to use. The soft touch of a plastic on the cookware with a strong and supportive structure has made them a dream pairing with our GP5 pots and pans. Green Pan is the #1 cookware brand in my book!

I have had this pan for 17 days and it started chipping around the edges after 2 uses/ washes. After about a week of cooking eggs once a day for breakfast in grapeseed oil (using a silicon spatula also from green pan) it is sticking. I absolutely loved the pan for the first cook but its only been downhill from there. After 17 uses, I have only used a sponge (no scrubby) and mild soap for washing and on top of the edges chipping there is a divet in this "ultra tough" coating and I have NEVER placed anything inside it in the sink and have hand dried. I bought this pan to replace a scratched teflon coated pan and was purchasing because of the non-stick and non-toxic properties but NOT worth it. You're better off getting a traditional non-stick pan, heating to low heat (which you're supposed to do with these green pans also) and replacing if you get scratches because this pan is NOT worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pans are amazing top of the line!! Cooks food evenly everytime! Durable and easy to clean! Nothing has stuck yet and I love that! After a month of use they look exactly as they did when I got them no scratches. These will last a long long time!

The pans heat well and are easy to clean, but the finish is SUPER fragile. I use plastic utensils when cooking, as advised, but one time I used a metal spoon to taste the sauce and it gently brushed the rim of the pan and scratched the finish. I attached a clip-on colander to the rim, being careful not to have any metal come into contact with the rim, but a corner of the clip touched the rim during draining and scratched the finish. It's extremely disappointing that the finish is so delicate. I would have bought stainless steel pots instead of black had I known.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pans are really nicely made. Handle is of excellent quality. Easily went from cooktop to oven with no problems. Only complaint I have is there is a ton of restrictions on what you can and can't use on them.

I’m still bummed about this order as the days go by. Don't get me wrong the pots and pans are great material and GREAT for cooking but they do scratch easily on the top from the covers and to be very honest I ONLY hand-washed these pots/pans. I also don't like that the pans don't have covers. I also don't like the fact that this bundle only provided big sizes of pots/pans and didn't have any small pots/pans for heating leftovers or making a small meals or something just light.

I purchased this set right after you launched it. I tell you that it is my favorite to date. The skillet is great for all sorts of things including baking biscuits. I was surprised how much they fluffed up. I tend to reach for my 9.5/10 inch skillet all the time. My Valencia Pro pans are quite good but this is better. I was sold on it that I purchased the full set without trying it first. I love the ceramic surface and it cooks quickly. Be prepared to use less heat with these babies. I didn't think anything could replace my Gastrolux. I'm happy that these easily do.

These fry pans are not for serious home cooks. Have had the 9.5 and 11 inch pans for 13 months. Already the non stick coating is terrible. I do not use high heat and I do not use sprays and still sub standard. Not durable whatsoever. They will not honor their warranties even with zero damage. They say there’s a film on it. lol. Obviously invisible. Do not waste your money on their products. Trust me you’ll regret it.

I purchased this as a wedding gift and they could not be happier. They use it everyday and I they can't thank me enough. I since have purchased a fry pan set and see why they love it. Amazing performance and love it is metal utensil safe.
