In terms of function, they are simply the best pots and pans we have used. They evenly disperse heat across the pan, can sear like stainless steel, and can withstand heavy usage. On top of all this, they clean like a dream. Never have I ever been able to clean up a big Sunday dinner like I can with Green Pan.
