You have to lift the brackets to remove the trash bag therefore touching the trash to tie up the trash bag other than that it’s a good purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how much this trash can holds. I wish I would have gotten a 20 gallon a long time ago. It holds 33 gallon trash bags as well so that is always an option. The design is sleek and works with almost any location.

The trashcan itself came dented but as their was no return for another one, this felt like not worth the trouble to return and then have to order a new one. The trash can is great, just not worth the price for damaged goods

Couldn't be happier with this purchase. We had a 13 gallon can but got tired of taking the trash out so frequently now that everyone's home. This can holds SO much more and way sturdier than others out there.

The size of it is perfect for an apartment dweller like me. It's lightweight and holds up to a 20 gallon bag. It has a nice sleek look in your kitchen. The handle on it is great because you can flip it open and there's a little storage area where you can put extra garbage bags so it makes putting a new garbage bag in much easier. It has odor control in it which is amazing when you have an apartment. It really does help control the odors of everyday garbage. The step mechanism is smooth and I like the lid doesn't slam shut. I haven't had any malfunctions yet. The surface wioes clean with just a glass cleaner and lint-free cloth. I like that it doesn't show a million little fingerprints. The only negative is that I've had trouble finding the 20 gallon size trash bags. I didn't anticipate that. I was able to find them online and now have an auto-shipment.
