I literally spent 10 minutes trying to open this package. Knife, razor blade…finally scissors. What are we doing here?! It shouldn’t be this challenging. I literally lost my appetite and don’t even want this shake anymore…luckily I’m about done with my vital protein container so I can fill it with this.

I love this protein powder, have used the Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate PB and Double Rich Chocolate, but hate the plastic tubs which end up in landfills and contribute to micro plastics in the environment. I love the option of foil pouches but unfortunately you seem to be phasing them out. Do the responsible thing with packaging and I will be a customer for life.

I bought vanilla ice cream product but i noticed black specks after shake at the bottom of the glass. Is it from the vanilla, is it normal stuff or not . Thanks!

Whyyyyy did y'all add Xanthan and Cellulose gums to this flavor?!?! The thickeners give it a slimy, soapy texture when mixed. Tried with milk and water and it's terrible. Stuck with 2 lbs of this and I could barely get through 1 shake.

What hapened to plain chocolate and olain vanilla?
