It was a breeze to mix up and didn't clump or get chalky towards the bottom of the bottle I used. I'd recommend this product easily. I struggle to drink more water and adding this to it has fixed that problem for me. I'm so grateful for it!

I'm also losing weight, so I prefer to drink this before I exercise, during and after. You do need a shaker to make this drink. It has a distinctive taste of mineral taste with the flavoring. It's not sweet. But what you'd expect from a protein drink if you've ever had them before. It had a scoop inside, you just have to find it or dig for it.

There is no chalky after taste and it is easy to mix. There was no lumps as i used my protein shaker cup and it mixed the powder very well. My only advices is use a protein shaker cup to get the most out of this product.

I just add one scoop to my shaker and shake it up alot drink it and works great . I loved the taste it has a tropical punch taste with no sweet or salty taste it was great tasting. I use this protein drink mix after I come back from my walk it helps build muscle I walk 9 to 12 miles every day so this helps . I think this is a good product for someone like me that enjoys to walk and needs something extra to help me build muscle . The best part is it works taste great it only has a few ingredients a simple protein drink .

I was suprised the flavor wasn't chalky like most are, the tropical punch flavor is soooo good. I usually have one after a workout, or even if I'm not working out. I've even added it to my smoothies but usually just out some in water and off I go.
