My boyfriend however loves it. He says this product gives him lots of energy. He works the graveyard shift, so he says this is very helpful.

Upon opening the container powder was everywhere, in the air and on our clothes. It mixed ok in cold water, but took a while to not be extremely foamy. The taste was very strong of whatever flavors are in this and not in a good way. I would not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tropical Punch whey protein drink is not the best that I have ever tried but it is okay. There is 20 grams of pur whey protein isolate per serving with only 5 ingredients. So that is pretty good. I’m glad I tried it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This protein powder tastes like Crystal Lite, it’s refreshing and doesn’t have that weird aftertaste. It has a nice flavor but because it’s lemon it was east to mix other flavors in also. It didn’t come with a scoop. Overall great!
