I did have to make it a couple times to find the right ratio of powder and water as I had trouble getting the powder to dissolve sometimes. But once I did I really enjoy the drink. It has a good flavor.

Flavors have come a long way since the beginning of my weight training and the mixibility, flavor, and ingredients of Iso is top notch.

It smells and tastes like jell-o. when first added to water it clumps up a little, but shaking it up in a regular bottle works just fine). It dissolves completely, after foaming up, and without too much extra effort. It is a protein drink I look forward to drinking on a regular, and does nor make me nauseous or vomit like other drinks.I would recommend this to family and friend

It does take some shaking but it is more like drinking a energy drink/punch than a shake this goes down a bit easier. Flavor was good as well.
