But this was surprisingly good! It's kind of nice having one where you can just drink as a drink instead of a whole smoothie production!

The Tropical Punch flavor both tastes and smells really good. It also is good in a smoothie. I like that it's lactose free and has not artificial flavors or colors. I highly recommend it!

It does taste like tropical punch and I like that it dissolves quickly, has a good consistency, and is not an overbearing taste. I know that I’ve not been getting as much protein as I need so I have been drinking some each day - mostly after working out. I would recommend if you’re looking to add more protein to your daily intake.

It's not really very sweet, which is great for me but maybe not for all. And it does get really frothy so be careful your first time mixing it up if you use a mixer. If the shakes make you feel heavy, give this a try.
