It helps in muscle and repair for the body. It has less than a gram of sugar. This is great for people watching their sugar intake. This is a great way to supplement protein in a delicious fruity drink. I really enjoyed the taste and I can see this working for lots of people trying to get their health back on track. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This protein powder is really not what I was expecting, but I'm really liking it. I haven't found any protein powders that I love. Most are too sweet and a lot have an unpleasant aftertaste, even in a smoothie with other things added to try to mask the weird flavor. Thought I'd try something different than chocolate or vanilla, and this tropical punch flavor from Isopure is actually really good! The powder is very, very fine and mixes into just plain water easily (I use a little bit less than a full scoop for the recommended amount of liquid), and tastes great by itself with just water. This makes it so much easier to use than any other powders I've used before that I have to do in a smoothie if I don't want to hate the taste. It's citrusy and watermelon-y, light, and not overly sweet. Really enjoying the taste and ease of this Tropical Punch powder from Isopure, and I would recommend it!

Follow the use directions and make sure to shake in a shaker bottle. Unlike most protein drinks I have tried in the past, the Isopure mix easily combined with my liquids and I was able to drink it down smoothly. The flavor is great too!!
