It is easily shaped and dissolved in water. This has helped a lot in getting fit and staying fit. Every thing I need is in it and so simple to stay on track.

I love this protein powder. It tastes amazing, it mixes well in a shaker bottle, and I use it everyday! This is a wonderful protein powder and I will continue to use it everyday!

The mix blends pretty well with just a fork but there were sometimes little floaties on top, a blender bottle would probably be perfect. My husband appreciates that it is lactose free. The tropical punch is great when I'm hungry but don't have the time or energy to cook. Really awesome protein powder.

I did not particularly like the flavor of this protein drink, which is the reason for the lower rating. When you add the powder to water, it dissolves wonderfully. I hate protein drinks that struggle with dissolving. There are 90 calories per serving. This product is manufactured in the Unites States. This product does have milk in it for those who cannot have dairy.

It didn't have a chalky taste and I love that I was drinking something that tasted so good that was good for me. If I had one complaint it would be that there's a slight aftertaste that I don't really care for. Other than that it was a wonderful product and I would strongly recommend it.
