It's great post workout or makes for a nice snack that makes you feel like you are getting dessert when you are being strict with your eating. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this in exchange for an honest review. This is subjective but in my opinion I think the tropical punch flavor could be better. It mixes well, I feel full and my hunger is curbed after taking it post-workout. But for me it's this flavor that doesn't quite hit the mark. I normally get chocolate or vanilla so again this may just be me out of my comfort zone but all around I think it's good, just could be improved upon.

Taste absolutely delicious will rehydrate and gives the body a low carb protein pick me up after any work out or for a morning dose. A little goes a long way ! Only one scoop per 10 oz of water. I use with my morning meal or in my shaker if I'm late and on the go. My husband carries in his gym bag to boost protein and build muscle after his BJJ classes. Highly recommend product

I love how light it feels, but still gives me all the things I need like no artificial flavors, no fat, no added sugar, and protein! It contains 5 ingredients! Only 5, and I can pronounce every one! I love having a refreshing drink that I know gives me exactly what my body is needing. Normally I mix it with ice on my way out the door, and drink it while I drive to work. It gives me a boost to get me going for the day. I definitely recommend!

It dosnt leave a werid after taste and i serously cant get enough of it. If you looking for a great tasting fruity post wotk out dronk then this it it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried the typical protein shakes before, which tend to have a chalky consistency and leave you feeling very underwhelmed. I found this tropical punch infusion to be lighter and fruitier, therefore more enjoyable! I did find the shake a bit too foamy and somewhat hard to get completely "smooth" (there were always still small clumps of product). Overall, 4 out of 5 stars.

I still be ready to workout even when the workout session is over. The taste is wonderful and it just taste like you are drinking a flavored drink and there is no after taste.
