Tastes ok mixed just with water but not my preferred way to drink it. If you’re looking for a simpler protein powder this is a great choice.

It dissolves fast and dosen't have an aftertaste HOWEVER it contains milk which is a no go for me. For lactose intolerant individuals thus isn't the one.

Upon opening the container powder was everywhere, in the air and on our clothes. It mixed ok in cold water, but took a while to not be extremely foamy. The taste was very strong of whatever flavors are in this and not in a good way. I would not recommend.

The powder mixed up really well with my water. It was a good drink to have when working out as a good too for a refresher and helped with staying hydrated.

The mix takes a while to fully dissolve, but I started making it in the morning and enjoying it after my coffee, and the timeline is perfect. The drink mix helps hydrate me after a long night without hydrating, and also drinking coffee, which is dehydrating. The taste is ok, I don't mind it.

I add a little more water if the flavor is to strong. It has 20 grams protein, 4 grams BCAAS per serving. It has 5 ingredients and no artificial sweetners, colors or flavors. I highly recommend!
