I am GLUTEN INTOLERANT and choose not to ingest sugar, so this product serves me well! With 20 Grams of protein per serving it is an easy way to include more protein in your diet! I love the flavor and the convenience. You get PLENTY of servings in this big tub, so I buy snack containers and portion it out for times when I travel! A healthy, convenient GREAT TASTING product by ISOPURE!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only ever had the traditional flavors of protein powder like chocolate, vanilla, strawberry...so when I saw tropical punch I was curious. This powder doesn't have a really overwhelming tropical punch flavor like fruit juices. It is much more subdued. This stuff is great in shakes. Just add the powder, some real fruit and some milk to a blender and you have a nice little treat that tastes like it should be really bad for you, but it's not. It's not something I would drink all the time, but for the occasional treat it is a refreshing change from the protein norm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wanting to give this a try because generally protein shakes aren’t my favorite and always leave me with a weird aftertaste. This was different! I added 1 scoop to 12 oz of water and shook it in a shaker cup and it didn’t clump! No clumps?! This has to be too good to be true. Let’s taste it. So im on the fence about the taste. It wasn’t terrible but it was a bit sour in my opinion. It tasted more like a lemonade then a tropical punch but it still tasted good enough that I’d continue to drink it. I’m looking forward to tasting other flavors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the taste of this mix once you get it mixed in good. It is hard to get dissolved without mechanical means. I have had to use a infusion blender to get to dissolve completely. If it would dissolve easier I would give it 5 stars.

It tastes like fruit punch or tropical punch just like the label says. I like that the total carbohydrate is 2g and 1% per serving and total sugar 1g. It’s sweet tasting but not too sweet to me. It’s got 20g protein per serving and I think that’s pretty good too. Also with 90 calories it’s decent for a pre-workout drink. However it’s not filling or anything I feel so you probably want to drink it with food or something else.
