I pre-mix a few bottles the night before and let them sit overnight so it dissolves completely. I drink one after my morning workout and another around lunch time. No after taste, or chalkiness. Refreshing and delicious. It fills me up and calms my cravings. All you have to do is shake, not stir and let it sit in the fridge for a bit.

This mix tastes great, lots of flavor, a little hard to mix if you just stir it might need to blend it and has no nasty after taste which is a plus. Definitely recommend if you're looking for protein drink mixes to add to your daily routine!

Definitely have to follow directions to make sure you dissolve it so completely. I'm just not really fond of the flavor. It's not super bad just not what I expected. I'll give it more time to possibly grow on me. I'm just really really funny about things I drink.

I add a little more water if the flavor is to strong. It has 20 grams protein, 4 grams BCAAS per serving. It has 5 ingredients and no artificial sweetners, colors or flavors. I highly recommend!

Usually drink mix are too sweet this one is not too sweet it is just right it feels very natural too. A huge pro would be the amount you get in the container it last a very long time. We use this daily because my family all enjoys the flavor.
