I'm also losing weight, so I prefer to drink this before I exercise, during and after. You do need a shaker to make this drink. It has a distinctive taste of mineral taste with the flavoring. It's not sweet. But what you'd expect from a protein drink if you've ever had them before. It had a scoop inside, you just have to find it or dig for it.

I like that it only has 90 calories per serving. This helps me control my calorie intake while getting protein. I just mix it in a 16 ounce bottle of water poured into a shaker cup. So easy and good.

It dissolves fast and dosen't have an aftertaste HOWEVER it contains milk which is a no go for me. For lactose intolerant individuals thus isn't the one.

I’ve been using the Isopure protein powder for the past couple of weeks and I am using the tropical punch flavor and I am really enjoying it. It’s also a nice afternoon pick me up. Very easy to make just pour it into your favorite blender bottle with some ice cold water and shake it up real good and enjoy it. I also take it along with me on my walks or at the gym. The protein is good for helping build up your muscle strength. I definitely recommend this product to others !

I used a shaker cup and after the minute rest period, I did have to shake it a second time get a few lumps out. The directions say to use 10-16 ounces of water, I used 12 oz. After my first taste I thought it has a great fruit punch flavor and I now drink this first thing after I wake up to start my day off with some protein. Since I do not like to eat breakfast, this is a great way to get in my protein to get me going. The large opening of the container and the scoop make it super easy to use. I like that it is low carb, sugar free, gluten free, lactose free and it has only 5 ingredients.
