Found that the vac didnt work well dry on rugs and carpet. Also, when using it wet on hardwood and tile it left dirty puddles and spots that I had to go back and clean up with a towel afterward. The instructions on how to use it and clean it after are lacking too. I'm returning this for a refund. Would not recommend.

I never leave reviews on things but this deserves one! We bought this a month ago and I am SO impressed. I don't have any regrets and wish I had this sooner. It works amazing, vacuum and mop functions! Amazing!! Makes my daily cleaning so much easier and my deep cleaning!

This machine is amazing!!! I wasn't too sure about it at first and was a bit intimidated with how it would all work and how difficult it would be to change from vacuum/mop to just vacuum, etc. But it is so easy. It cuts my cleaning down immensely. Having a cordless vacuum makes it much more convenient and hassle free as well. I am thrilled with my purchase. Would definitely recommend!

This machine is smaller than I was expecting, but it does a very nice job of cleaning our vinyl tile floors. It is intuitive to use. It pulls itself along so it doesn't take much effort to push and pull it. It does the job of vacuuming and cleaning at the same time. Our floors are much cleaner now than when we were just using a microfiber mop. Cleaning and drying is easy. Just empty the tanks and let them dry when it's done. There is nothing that I dislike about this cleaner. I wish I would have purchased this long ago!

I purchased this unit to replace a problematic Qrevo Master and it didn't disappoint. Unit is able to cross areas with thick mats along with thresholds with ease. My floors are the cleanest they've ever been with a robot vacuum servicing them. I like the one piece dock that you just set down and plug in with no assembly required. The tanks are able to hold several days of usage so the service interval is practically the same as the dock 3. I really wish that the dock had a battery level indicator on it. My unit also came with the Dyad Air wet dry vacuum which also works well. I also received a discount for early ordering in addition to a military discount which made this unit much more affordable. Would I recommend this unit? Yes I would.

I have yet to use the replacement roller but it is good quality and everything came well packaged. It's so clean so I'm not sure how soon I will need to even replace it. Also the cleaning fluid lasts a long time so really don't need to order that too often either. This vacuum is a lifesaver.

The Dyad Pro works as we had hoped and more. We were looking for a machine which would work well with out engineered hardwood floors. Using a hand mop and Bona had become a dreaded chore! But we were unsure whether there was cleaner and a machine wet vacuum would be compatible with our floors. So first we used a general all purpose machine compatible cleaner in the Dyad and cleaned first our finished garage floor just to see and experience how much liquid would be used and what the drying times would be. We were pleased with the easy and efficient cleaning and were surprised how little liquid and water were used to accomplish the result. Next , we cleaned the tile bathroom floors and again were impressed with the Dyad Pro efficiency not to mention the self cleaning of the gentle rollers. Finally we got a machine compatible wood floor cleaner from the same company our floor manufacturer specified for cleaning their engineered wood floors and the Dyad and the compatible wood cleaner worked as good or better with less effort than using a hand mop technique. Now cleaning is efficient and we are able to do it more frequently without negative anticipation!

Absolutely fantastic! I had heard about how good these were, and got into this one feeling like it may just be a “just in case” kind of cleaning luxury. But honestly, this thing is a beast at cleaning up messes, and it’s so easy to use that I don’t hesitate to grab it. The self cleaning base is something that I cannot live without now, and it actually WORKS. And WORKS WELL. Worth the price!

Couldn’t be happier with the Dyad Pro! It’s easy to set up, easy to use, easy to clean after each use and cleans our laminate floors faster & better than previous methods. No more vacuuming and mopping separately! It gets up all of the dog hair, drool spots, paw prints plus the human messes! Really impressed with this machine so far.
