I was gifted another brand & in 6 months the bulb burned out & it wasnt replaceable. The company refunded my money & Im happy to say I purchased my Chefman after researching many brands. Im very happy with Chefman & it looks great on my counter. thank you

I like lots of features for this microwave and its size… however I'm very used to a much larger size. I downsized to a much smaller apartment so I needed to buy something much smaller and this was the winner!! It's good for its size!!

Honestly didn't want a new microwave but both my Frigidaire OTR and spare countertop GE are down and new fuzes didn't work in either. So after two weeks or so I had to get something! I can't stand buying anything that isn't going to last. The Chefman microwave I chose may be a base model but it's 900W, a unique feature most units don't and it's got style! While not quite perfect, I love how sleek & quiet it is! This is a great backup I can see myself holding onto!

I was frustrated because the how to use manual was INSIDE the microwave. I had to Google "how to open the microwave oven door" to access the manual. Why aren't the instructions on how to open the door clearly visible on the exterior of the microwave? I do appreciate the fact that I can turn off the high pitched sound

My old microwave stopped heating Thanksgiving day of all nights. I like this one so far. Heats my meals, popcorn... At a good consistency. Like the simplified SS finish. I was lost with opening the door. That was a doozy until I seen the illustration. Still getting used to it.

It has a button child safety release to open the door that does nothing to open the door. There's a hidden switch in the handle at the top which opens the door and the instructions to open the door or inside the oven. How ridiculous you buy the oven and can't get inside it because the instructions on how to open are inside the oven.

This smaller product was different type of door opener. Other products just require a button push with the door popping open immediately.

Takes a little longer to heat things up than my last microwave, but works just fine. I'm just impatient.

You might consider leaving the instructions on how to open the door outside the unit. You have to figure it out on your own out of the box.

It's good to use, intuitive keypad, child doorlock not too difficult, and thank god for a mute function.
