This Members Mark organic balsamic vinaigrette has a runny thin consistency. it is a lightweight, perfect for salad dressing and other culinary uses. My wife prefers the sweetness of this dressing over the Italian dressing. It has the perfect balance between sweet, but also a little bit of tang. There is slight hint of basil and citrus. It seems to have low calories and is no greasy. I was pleassurprised that this doesn’t give any garlic or onion aftertaste.

The dressing is flavorful and I can taste each ingredient. It is light dressing in texture. However, if I wanting to buy “organic” dressing, I probably care about all healthier ingredients too. The Second ingredient is sugar and the oil is soybean oil. Also there is a gum ingredient.

This is organic white balsamic vinegar which I did not know was a choice for that type of vinegar. It was a little bitter than I would like it, but overall it was something new to try and I was glad that I tried it. I ate it on a salad, but maybe next time maybe use it for cooking.
