One Star, I received the earrings and with one broken. The post that secures the earring was broken. Then I tried to exchange or return to my store, and they would not accept. So I just returned the earrings. Very disappointed!

Unsure why I was shipped a defective product. One earring latched, the other did not. The "prong" portion for one hoop was too wide to latch, and the metal setting was too rigid to force smaller. I chose to get an in-store credit for the pair, less shipping costs, since I was unable to learn how to exchange the defective hoop.

The first day I bought them I almost lost them twice. They came unhooked. Very pretty but bad design. I brought them back the next day.

The earrings are pretty. However, they arrive loose in the box vs. attached to the earring holder. Needless to say, the earrings will not stay clasp, and I will be returning today.
