I'm on a keto/low carb diet, and I was looking for ice cream. With only 7 carbs and 3g saturated fat (saturated fats burn in keto zone), this is not bad a few times per week. Both flavors taste good. You need a good imagination to call this "cookies and cream" as both flavors were "berry-ish" to me. If you like ice cream/frozen yogurt, and you have the discipline to eat just one a day or less, this is worth a try.

My family loves the Clio Greek Yogurt Bars. Extra Bonus Points if they are frozen! A yummy summertime treat. However, the cookies and cream flavor was not a hit with anyone. My son-in-law who usually musters through everything actually dropped his in the trash.

When they say many, they mean tiny, they were super small, which is really no big deal but the taste just wasn’t really there for me

Taste is undesirable and doesn't taste like yogurt or ice cream.

They would have been good for a two bite snack, but noone liked either flavor. I would not buy again.
