It is very moisturizing and leaves my hair feeling soft and easier to detangle. It also smells amazing! I don't find it to be too much for my fine hair which is a plus! You can use this without the conditioner and use whatever one you prefer but the conditioner does pair well and leaves your hair feeling hydrated, shiny, and silky!
