Personally I feel I didn't see as many of the benefits as my hair isn't all that damaged but I imagine this would be amazing for those who have dry and brittle hair after years of heat styling or color treating their hair. As for the formula, I enjoyed the creamy, rich conditioner and liked that it made my hair softer, smoother, and much easier to manage in just a few uses. I love how it detangles effortlessly and the pleasant fragrance keeps my hair smelling fresh without being overpowering. My hair also looks shinier and healthier overall. While it's a bit heavy on fine/very fine hair, it's perfect for anyone needing serious hydration. Plus, it's affordable, making it a great choice for giving damaged hair the TLC it deserves. I especially loved the packaging - pumps can sometimes be frustrating!

As someone who gets their hair bleached quite often it helped my damaged hair with just one wash and it's safe for color treated hair! I absolutely love the pump since it's easy for me to get some product! Additionally it is super easy to lather so a little goes a long way with this! The scent is pleasing and not too strong but I absolutely love how it is sulfate free. Highly recommend!

The labeling makes it seem like it should only require a minute before rinse but haven't seen how that works out yet. Between the shampoo and conditioner of this new product line, I do prefer the shampoo more.

There's a lot of product in the bottle, and it's full size so that's great. I'm not sure I'd switch to this as my main shampoo, but it's not bad at all. I'd be comfortable putting it in my guest shower
