I feel like a lot of products make that claim but aren't really…this stuff is! And living in a dry cold state like I do, this stuff has been a lifesaver. Foams nicely and rinses easily. It's been a while since I used Pantene, as I was using a more expensive brand to try and manage my hair health. I'm worried about the winter because my hair always gets more frizzy and dehydrated with the harsh dry climate. This conditioner is great and makes my hair feel so much smoother and healthier. The frizz is much less noticeable and my hair feels and looks much sleeker. I'm a big fan and it's improved the texture of my hair so far. I'm glad I added it to my haircare routine

I can honestly tell the difference of my hair being more healthy by Sully using this product along with the shampoo. If you have damaged hair and want to repair it. This is a perfect shampoo for fraction of the price to fix this problem. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This conditioner is very rich and thick. It felt more like a hair mask so I probably won't use it too often. Also it takes some time to rinse out. The labeling makes it seem like it should only require a minute before rinse but haven't seen how that works out yet. Between the shampoo and conditioner of this new product line, I do prefer the shampoo more.

Even before using conditioner, I could already feel a difference in the softness of my hair from just the shampoo. It lathers very well and also rinses out easily, despite the oils in the shampoo. It leaves my hair feeling clean and moisturized. I noticed a difference my hair after just one use. It was softer, less frizzy, and easier to handle. Definitely recommend!

It makes my hair softer than Olaplex! The product comes out of the packing easily and looks great in my bathroom. Highly recommend for a quality conditioner at a drug store price!!
