The application is super easy thanks to the spray it is well distributed on both wet and dry hair and doesn't leave a sticky feeling. As for absorption it is quite light. My hair absorbs it quickly without feeling heavy or greasy. Which is ideal if you don't like product that weigh down. It made my hair very soft and tamed the frizz alot better than I thought it would. As you can see in the before picture there is alot of frizz. The second photo is after using the spray which was a fine mist. It even brung my curls back out some! The size of the bottle is also perfect. It says you can apply to wet or dry hair but I prefer applying it to wet hair because for my hair when I tried to apply it to my dry hair it left it looking slightly oily. The only thing I would say to improve would be the smell if possible. It had a very slight smell of vinegar.
