It's light and it doesn't weight down my hair, nor leave it stringy and greasy. I spray a generous amount in each part before coming with my blow drier. A bottle lasts me about four months using about three times a week. I like the spray bottle that this product comes in. It creates a thin mist. It has a subtle smell very characteristic of Pantene products. It has a milky consistency. I'd repurchase and I recommend this product
