It doesn't smell bad but I can't tell what the scent reminds me of either. I use it when my hair starts to get oily and my hair softens and fluffs right back up as if it was just washed.

I love it as a leave in heat protector. I have curly hair and it frizzes if I let it air dry. I feel better using this when I blow out my hair. No greasy look or feel.

It leaves my hair feeling silky smooth. Gives a great barrier when used with a hairdryer or flat iron. Has that great Pantene scent that lasts between shampoos. Great drugstore brand. Recommended for fine/thin hair.

I also use it on dry hair it i let my hair air dry and want to use heat to style it. It has other properties so you can use it even if you arent using heat because it leaves your hair soft and shiny!
