I personally use it for detangling my hair after every shower and for heat protection because I style my hair with hot tools multiple times per week. This is the product that makes detangling my very frizzy and knot prone hair the easiest and fastest out of all the others I've ever tried. My hair feels instantly smooth and soft. After my hair is brushed out I can safely blow dry it and feel confident that heat damage will be minimized. The bottle sprays generously and evenly, and the scent is sweet and pleasant. I have long hair so I spray a lot of product in a ventilated room so that the fragrance does not become overwhelming. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the performance of this product, especially as a hair detangle solution/ heat protection.
