I think you're talking about the bag we keep our cold items in and if that's what you're talking about I think it keeps the food cold longer.

Insulated well, kept bacon and dairy very cold, but not as large as Sams Club bag I originally purchased years ago. I could fit all items in one bag. The new one is a little small so take a cooler if you are grocery shopping.
