I have five of these bags and they are great for packing groceries. I had mine for several years and they have not torn. They are excellent for keeping your food cold I used them one time when I was traveling for 12 hours. I put a ice pack in the bag with my cold goods and they kept them cold for duration of the trip.

These shopping bags are huge. They keep food cold for at least an hour and maybe longer. We own 3 of them and have never had our food go bad in them. The only draw back is it IS possible to fit so much in one bag that they can get pretty heavy to lift. lol

My family buys a lot of frozen and cold and unfortunately the closest Sam's is 40 mins away so these bags are lifesavers! Mine has been through a lot and still looks the same as the day I got it, very durable. Especially since it's usually so full it's hard to zip!
