Works on my arthritis pain in my joints. Tales about 3-5 days to kick in. This is a combination of different oils I can't find in any other brands.

These fish oil caps have no unpleasant after taste and don’t cause burping. In addition my cholesterol and triglycerides are stable again since I have been taking them regularly for several years. The 3-6-9 formula really works for me.

My Dr. recommended fish oil supplements. The type of nutrients in these (I’m in no way, shape, or form a fish nutrient expert) are the two she said to make sure they contain. To my surprise, fish oil is much more expensive than I assumed. Why? I do not know. I bought two bottles. At the recommended dose of two a day, I have a decent supply at a greatly reduced price from the approximately $20 a month if I bought smaller bottles. I also take them at night, instead of the morning, they don’t seem to have any fishy aftertaste, and I don’t have to worry about my breath all day. Yes, that can be a legitimate concern per the bottle.
