Been taking for several years and was just informed by both our cardiologist and internist that the 6-9 shouldn't be taken as both cause inflammation! Recommend Omega 3 only!

This is the first I've purchased this item. I was shopping for Fish Oil with the Omegas, but see this is it's replacement. I've just started taking them and it's hard to see if they really produce.

I’ve been using this for several years. I don’t know if it does me any good, but it is packaged well and affordable. I would be much more comfortable with it if it was made in America.

I empty out and put 6 of the fish oil capsules in my Westie dog’s food every 3 days. He’s 13 this month and runs around like a young happy puppy. Great for his joints and heart.
