These were good and had all the right vitamins I needed. They also weren't too big and hard to swallow, or taste bad like some of the other brands

I take this everyday it's my go to multivitamin first thing I do in the morning , with my morning coffee

This vitamin really helped in the areas I needed extra help in and lack in producing for the body to function properly and I will never go back.

Nothing to exciting about vitamins. These do the trick. Very good if you need extra iron. You do feel better taking these then not taking them.

Love these women's multivitamins. The pill is on the bigger side, but if that is not your style they do offer gummies.
