It's a vitamin. It helps where your lacking. It's good. Not great. I dont know how to make a vitamin better. The price is ok. Sometimes they are over priced. But overall ok.

This vitamin was a good basic. Easy to take. It is easy to fit taking this in to my schedule and i had no stomach upset. I would recommend this product.

I take womens one a days pretty frequently. I would say it helps me replenish what I'm lacking in my vitamins. Only thing I'd change would be size of the pill. It's a little hard to swallow since it's so large sometimes.

I like that my daily Vitamins are in one pill. Better to take it with food. Great price. Pills are kinda big. If possible, to improve this product make the pills smaller.

Didnt really see a positive or negative difference so i stopped buying after i finished the bottle. Price was okay. The supplements i mainly needed i dont think were in there and it also had one i shouldnt be taking.

Just not a big fan of these types of vitamins, I don't feel any better in the short or long term. The doctor cannot tell the difference if I am taking the vitamins or not. He believes in a healthy diet better than supplements

This is a great every vitamin. Not too big and doesn't have any weird smells or tastes. I haven't had any negative reactions to it either and feel better knowing I'm getting a few extra vitamins each day.

I hate the tase this has but it gives me great amounts of energy . I wish I had tried another form of one a days but I'm using up what I have at home .

One a day has great ingredients. The taste is OK…the effectiveness is great been taking these for years. I love them they really help with my overall health and well-being. Highly recommend. they have great packaging and the value is really good.
