I tried this vitamin for a short time so use my experience as a small data point. I tooks it relegiosly for approximately 3 months. I follow directions and did not made any other dietary changes or fitness changes. I did not experience any positive or negative result. I did not find more energize and I did not notice any difference. I was not looking for out of this world results but it just felt pointless for me. Perhaps I did not need it.

They're a very basic multi-vitamin. Covers the basics, but the ingredients are definitely not what I would call "top of the line." I spent two years working in a Wellness Medicine office and learned a lot about supplements and while they are a step in the right direction, this is not a full-spectrum multi. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to try the One A Day Women's Complete Multivitamin and I like the new smaller design. It makes it a little easier to swallow and that's a great thing if you have problems swallowing pills like I do. They still cause stomach upset if you don't eat when taking them, so I always have something to eat before I take them. This is why I prefer gummies but they don't have all the stuff the regular vitamins have.

I do feel with a product like this it takes an extended usage period to truly know how well it is performing but so far I do feel it is rounding out my daily needs. I am curious how I'll feel with continued use but do plan on purchasing another bottle.

I found this to be okay. I'm not sure what to say. Honestly I took for over 2 months and didnt feel any different, look any different, and health was about the same. I've taken vitamins off and on and have never really noticed the benefits. I'm certain they have to be doing good by me I just wish I could tell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take a lot of vitamins and supplements to supplement my clean diet and active lifestyle. I'm very impressed with this multivitamin! I don't have to take 5 different vitamins and can now just take one simple vitamin.

Not sure if I ever saw an actual result of these but I was taking this as a multivitamin for several years. Easy to swallow. Slight taste but nothing horrible or unbearable. Easy way to get the vitamins you need if you dont want several vitamins to take at once.

I am very low at tolerating pills so my review is based on that . These pills are huge and there is no beating the fact that you are indeed taking a supplement on the bright side there is a gummy form to one a day women and it has all key vitamins needed packed into it .

I would try a new brand and then realize once I'm home that they want you to take 2-4 a day and they were huge! This is way small and only requires one with a meal. I took a photo of the older formula of the one a day for comparison so if you have a hard time swallowing pills this would be a good pick as the size is perfect.

I normally take a multivitamin daily, so it was no change and very easy to add this to my routine. The first thing I did notice, was the size of the tablet. The tablets are smaller than most multivitamins. I didn't notice a taste when swallowing the vitamins. There were no “vitamin” burps. No issues with taking the vitamins. I don't have anything negative to say about them.
