One a day has good formulation. I noticed I needed to drink more water after I take these though. Not sure if I'd change anything . Pretty good overall .

I take these vitamins on a daily basis. Along with my other vitamins that I take such as folic acid and iron, these vitamins are very easy to take and easy to swallow plus I get all the vitamins and nutrients I need

Very run of the mill multivitamins. They're probably good for me, but I don't notice any really difference after taking them every day for a few months

I highly recommend this product. I take one everyday knowing that it is supplying me with the vitamins I need to feel good and be a healthy person. It is just as good as other more expensive brands. Get this ladies!

Just what I needed in my morning, to start my day with a healthy choice. I found this vitamin to be a well rounded selection on the market to give my body just what I was missing in my diet. And a great value for the cost. 

One a day is actually one a day ,standing all day? No problem take one of the tablet it gives you multivitamins that you need through out the day. I have personally been using it since fast 5years and it has helped me alot!

Not my favorite vitamin to go to but I do like how it gave me energy throughout the day. Wasn't disappointed just stopped buying this kind because it made me sick eventually then again you should eat something before you take vitamins lol

I like this woman's vitamin. It has a variety of vitamins and minerals all women need in their diet. I take one everyday and add extra calcium and D3
