These were my main vitamin source until my doctor recommended one with higher calcium. Other than that fact I did like these and they didn't make my tummy upset.

The pill is super big and there's not really enough of any of the individual vitamins in there to help you, so I don't recommend. It's not the worth the hassle of choking to death for nothing.

This is a complete multi vitamin offering A Day Women's Formula 100% of most vitamins. Only downfall is that I can taste them for hours after swallowing them. Hard to explain, but the taste lingers even if I brush my teeth or chew gum.

Has all the vitamins a women needs, helps with energy and headaches. Feel and see a huge improvement in my skin, hair and nails. Helps with thyroid function and has iodine too. I stongly recommend these!

They're vitamins. I can never tell if vitamins are doing anything or not. They had an okay non-flavor and didn't leave an after taste. The pills are a little on the larger side, but that doesn't bother me, although it might others.
