They're vitamins, not much more to say about this I took them because it's a well known brand.

Took this for one month for me it didn't work or anything. Give me dry mouth . Everyone different.

Tablets are too large to swallow. Would prefer gel coated pills. Otherwise it is a good vitamin.

These make my stomach hurt and have not so great ingredients. I prefer food based vitamins.
