You just add water, cook it for 3 1/2 minutes, and stir in the cheese! It is incredibly creamy compared to most mac & cheese cups. The jalapeño flavor is delicious, but it’s not for the fan of heart. I enjoyed it, but my son who’s a little picky about spices said it was too much for someone who doesn’t like jalapeños or hot things. Overall, I really liked it and I’ll probably be buying it again for myself.

It’s cool that Kraft is stepping out and creating new flavors with a classic favorite. The packaging is bright and eye-catching, and the process is super simple. My daughter's take was that it was okay, not enough ranch flavor for her. I agree; I also found it wasn't "ranchy" enough for my taste. I finished the cup, but I was a bit disappointed that the flavor didn't deliver on its promise. While the concept is great, the final result was a bit of a letdown in our household.

For this reason, I am giving this zero stars. I cannot recommend this product and would not feed it to anybody that I know either. I tried it and had to throw it away because it is not good. Texture is slimy. Easy to make. Packaging that is bad for the environment. Don’t recommend.
