yummy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] honestly, this was really pretty good. The actual donut part does have a bit of a protein taste but defrosting with the donut bite. Reminds me of those little Debbie chocolate donuts. This is actually a pretty yummy sweet treat! I would actually recommend and buy more.

Delicious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved these, I like that they aren't too big, so they're easy to just toss in a bag and go. My kids love them. I've bought lots at this point. They take them to school for a snack, and they're reasonably priced. They last awhile, and they're still moist. The topping is their favorite.

One of Quest's better tasting products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quest is very hit or miss for me when it comes to flavor. This was actually really good! The ingredients are pretty decent and the texture is like a cake donut which I happen to like. Slight downside for me is that it does taste like a protein product. It has a distinct aftertaste that protein heads know and either are totally okay with or are grossed out by. I'm curious if other flavors would be better!

Surprisingly Tasty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was genuinely surprised by how good this Quest donut is. The texture is soft and cakey rather than dry, and the chocolate coating has a nice sweetness without being overwhelming. It’s definitely still a “protein snack,” but it satisfies a chocolate craving really well. I also appreciate the packaging, which is compact, clean, and easy to toss into a bag for work. For the calories and protein count, the value feels solid, especially if you like dessert-style snacks that don’t taste chalky.

Protein packed donut!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This donut was interesting. The frosting was firm but the actual donut was soft. It does have a slight aftertaste. The donut itself is not too sweet. The nice part about the donut is that it is packed with 14 grams of protein!

Meet your goals

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just tried Quest’s new Chocolate Frosted Donuts — and honestly, I’m pleasantly surprised. They’ve got a soft vanilla-cake center with rich chocolate frosting and sprinkles, and they taste close to a classic donut while still hitting the “protein snack” vibe. Each donut packs 14g of protein, 13g of fiber, and under 1g of sugar, which is hard to beat for a treat. That said, they’re not a perfect replica of a bakery-fresh donut: the texture is a little different (not quite as fluffy as a fresh donut), and if you’re sensitive to sugar alcohols or high fiber, they might feel heavy. But for me — balancing nutrition with indulgence — they’re a solid “cheat day” snack that feels just a little more mindful. If you’re curious about a protein-forward donut that still satisfies a sweet tooth, these are worth a try.

High in Protein

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Quest Baked Protein Donut, and it’s actually pretty good for a “healthy” treat. The texture is a bit dense compared to a regular donut, but it’s soft enough and not overly dry. The flavor is sweet but not too sugary — you can tell it’s protein-based, but it still satisfies a donut craving without the guilt. It’s great for a quick snack or post-workout bite, especially if you’re watching carbs or sugar. I wouldn’t call it a full dessert replacement, but for a high-protein option, it hits the spot.

I didn’t really like em

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It made my mouth feel like I was eating a mouthful of powder. The texture wasn’t the best. The taste was alright. Probably will never eat another again. The smell was amazing tho lol, it smelled good.

good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Quest Bake Shop Pumpkin Muffin delivers a surprisingly satisfying experience for a protein-packed treat. Its texture is soft and moist, closely resembling a fresh-baked muffin rather than a typical protein snack. The size is just right for a quick bite or post-workout snack—filling without being too heavy. The taste captures that warm, spiced pumpkin flavor perfectly, offering a cozy balance of sweetness and spice. The aftertaste is clean, without the chalkiness some protein snacks leave behind, making it enjoyable all the way through. The only drawback is the frosting—it didn’t have any for me, which would’ve added an extra layer of flavor—but overall, it’s a delicious, high-protein treat worth grabbing again.

Perfect for Busy Mornings and Sweet Cravings Alike

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a busy mom always on the go, I was excited to try the Quest Bake Shop Chocolate Frosted Donut — and honestly, it was a pleasant surprise! It’s soft, chocolatey, and has that sweet, indulgent flavor I crave, but without all the sugar guilt. The texture isn’t quite like a fresh bakery donut (a little denser), but for a protein-packed snack, it’s impressive. My favorite part? I can toss one in my bag for after-school pick-up or a quick breakfast with my coffee. It keeps me full, satisfies my sweet tooth, and feels like a treat I don’t have to “mom guilt” over. Would definitely buy again! 🍩💪
