It serves its purpose well. But, the pump quit after over a year. First couple of cycles are thin, but once water is cold, it works better.

Don't buy it!

Didn't last 3 months before I had to get rid of it. The little flap would get stuck so no ice could be made. Not worth the money for 3 months of use!

This product sucks

I purchased this product about a year ago. I just had my whole countertop full of water from it leaking. I reached out to the customer service team and they are no help and just awful people to deal with. BUTER BEWARE

Noisy, made a wining alarm sound when it was making ice and only lasted 6 months!! Did make ice quickly and a enough to fill my 24 oz. metal water bottle.

Doesn't even turn on

I bought this ice maker off of Sam's club.com and just recieved it today...filled the tank, plugged it in,and no power, it won't even turn on...definitely returning it...do I return it to Sam's club personally?
