The picture quality is absolutely stunning—crisp, vibrant colors with deep blacks and impressive brightness that make everything from movies to sports look incredibly lifelike. The size alone gives it a true theater feel right in my living room. The sound quality is surprisingly good for a TV this size, but pairing it with a soundbar takes it to another level. Setup was quick and straightforward, and the smart features are smooth and easy to navigate. Streaming apps load fast, and I haven’t experienced any lag. Good TV, But May Not Work With Your Cable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has a great picture and the sound is good, too. However, we have found it more difficult to use compared to our 2017 similar Samsung model. We have to use the "antenna" setting to get our cable channels via coax at our complex. We ended up getting a HDMI connected cable box to see these channels as the TV's tuner would not let us change channels. When we tried to change a manual entered channel, we were put in the plus channels. It was a slow process to just see the local channels. Also, while there was a channel guide, but the TV was unable to display any of the information. At least the channel numbers came up. Our older TV did not have any problems like these. I know these new sets have many, many advanced features, but for someone who needs the basic, it did not meet our needs and is frustrating to use. Samsung's support is excellent and helpful, but they did not have a clue how to help. Maybe our situation is unique, but we have had our enjoyment diminished because of having to go to an external streaming boxes to get the channels we want to watch.

Love the picture quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture quality is exceptional. The television setup was relatively easy. It took a little while to get used to the simplified remote. Overall very pleased with the product. Excellent fro both streaming and OTA broadcasts. Love that I didn't need to use and additional streaming device.
Great Home Screen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new Samsung home screen and all of its available features. However the remote seems a bit basic and not very user friendly. Learning its functionality on a new device is a bit challenging, outside of basic functions of volume abd channel changing abd screen settings, the streaming options and special features take a bit to figure out. As for color and brightness the color is great, but brightness could be a bit better. As to resolution I feel it is adequate for this model and I have no complaints. Finally for security I have not tested all its features but it seems ok for the moment
Really Wonderful TV for the Price

There are more expensive TVs by Samsung in this size and although this might be considered by some people as an entry-level model, I disagree. It is not expensive but the picture and the sound are great. I recommend this tv.
Good TV with Resolved issues
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv picture quality has been great the clearest image for the price by far. Adaptive brightness for room lighting is a great feature. The TV interface is easy to use and the remote is well designed. On the negative side the TV screen broke and a line appear within the first month and had to be replaced. On the more positive side it was fixed by Samsung device care so I can still say the TV was worth the purchase
Great price, disappointing viewing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a large screen TV at a great price. My primary quarrel is with watching dark shows (so many are these days) during the daytime in a well lit room. It proves nearly impossible to see any detail. It’s unfortunate and what that means is I can only watch my primary shows during the evening. TV is a serious hobby and I go to sleep fairly early so it’s upsetting to be confined to evenings only which provides only 1-2 of quality watch time. Unfortunately there is not enough adjustment within the TV’s picture capabilities to combat this though I’ve optimized settings as much as possible. I also had an issue with weird red lines appearing onscreen occasionally. I had to unplug the TV to make them go away. This issue seems to have resolved after 3-4 months.

You can also adjust the Picture Mode to better suit your environment: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode • Standard – Default mode for general viewing • Dynamic – Brighter and clearer, ideal for well-lit rooms • Movie – Best for dark room viewing • Eco – Energy-saving mode • Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content as intended by creators To fine-tune brightness, go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, then adjust the Brightness level (0–50) to your preference. No internet access.

Whether you're using Wi-Fi or a wired (LAN) connection, there are a few steps you can take to help resolve the issue: 1. Power Cycle Your Equipment. Unplug both your TV and router/modem from the wall outlet. Wait at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in and allow both devices to fully restart. 2. Check the Network Status. On your TV, go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Connection > Network > Network Status. This will help determine if the issue lies with the network or the TV. 3. Try a Different Connection Type. If you're using Wi-Fi, try connecting an Ethernet (LAN) cable directly from your router to the TV to test the connection. If you're using a wired connection, try switching to Wi-Fi to see if the issue persists. 4. Reestablish the Network Connection.
