I followed the instructions and did not curl my hair very good and just burned it trying to get a curl ourt of it. Too expensive for the effort and ruining my hair.

Takes a little getting use to and I used their free phone tutor meeting. Helped a lot.

The edges of the curler scraps my hair (like you would to curl a ribbon to make it curly). Doesn't always make curls but worked ok for a straight iron. Over all worthless to me.

I had high expectations from the videos but I could not get a decent curl. I have very long hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This one took a bit of tinkering. Actually, what I would highly recommend is watching a variety of how-to videos. The curling technique did not quite click for me until I watched the video on the straightening technique. It also took a minute for it to sink in that the hottest setting is HOT. I'm still not a professional by any means, but this TYME iron does add a fun twist to an otherwise straightforward hairstyle. Literally. A fun tool to have in the arsenal.
