Did not know the tire repair warranty had an expiration date. It appears your proof of purchase receipt of the tires disappears from your account after 4 years. Sam's Club Topeka Kansas had no proof of purchase on my account. Had a nail in the tire and Sam's Club Topeka would not repair tire. Had to buy a new tire

I purchased the tires the week before and made the installation appointment at 8 AM for the next week. When I arrived for installation they told me I didn’t have an appointment. When the lead (salesman) arrived he tried to tell me my appointment was the day before. I knew that I did not make it for that day because It had a prior commitment for that day. Two and a half hours later I had my tires. There is no waiting room. No where on my receipt did it have my appointment. I did not receive any text or email reminding me of my appointment.
