An “egg” developed in the sidewall of one of the tires that I had purchased from SAMS and I needed a replacement fast. I received no compensation from my road hazard coverage but I was pleased that I was able to get a new tire mounted within a couple of hours so I could avoid driving on the spare. My biggest problem with SAMS tire department is sometimes it is NOT possible to make an appointment to have necessary work performed.

I put on 4 brand new tires. Upon leaving I asked if everything was correct, lug nuts tightened etc. because I was driving a few hours out of town on a mini vacation. answer was yes. I drove across town to meet friends for brunch, when I came out, I had a flat tire and one tire was losing air. Had to call for a flat bed which took me to another Sam's club way out of my way. To make a longer story short, turns out the rims were not properly sealed. I had tickets for a concert that night and got to it late, it was a few hours away. I was not happy. Couple days later (today) I look at my tires and it looks like another one is losing air.

I had an excellent experience with Sam's Club Tire Center, and I felt it was worth sharing. From start to finish, the customer service I received was truly outstanding. I especially want to recognize the manager, Tara, whose professionalism and expertise made a huge difference. I came in feeling a bit stressed about needing a new tire, but Tara immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the process. What really stood out was how efficiently she handled everything. From helping me select the right tire to ensuring the installation was completed quickly and smoothly, Tara managed it all with impressive attention to detail and care. It's not often you come across such dedicated and customer-focused service. Tara and her team went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making my experience such a positive one. Thank you, Tara and the entire Sam's Club team, for the amazing service!

This is my commuter car, and I am on the road pretty much 2 hours a day during the week. We purchased our first set of these tires 4 years ago when I started my job. We kept them rotated with every other oil change, and they were such good tires that recently when we replaced them, we went back to the same brand and tire as previously

so far so good. great install tire pressure exact in all 4. smoother ride than 7y/o Michelins balance good. looking forward to 7 yrs of good ride

Very nice tires that I had installed at Sams. Car ride is very smooth with these tires and quiet. Also, very good traction in the rain.

I was quoted the wrong size tire. When I came in for the installation I was told at that time. I had purchased my previous tires at Sam's with no problem. So I had to pay an additional amount for my tires.

I had ordered a different tire online and it did not arrive on time so the representative in the tire department helped me choose a different tire that was in stock as I needed the tires immediately.
