The tires are great, but the guy that installed my tires broke my lug nut and I don't feel as though it's fair for me to have to replace it since I'm not the the one who broke it.

I've been using this brand of tires for 6 years now and I can't complain. Sam's Club always have the best price and the service is great! I am very pleased with the purchase

I cannot recommend Sam's Club more for tires! I had waited until the door buster sale to save on installation. The technicians were great with communication and the work performed.

Bought tires for 2 cars recently. Both days were freezing cold with wind. Had to walk around intire bulding to main entrance to get to tire shop. No consideration for customers....

The exact tire we ordered online was late getting to the club for installation. Thankfully Austin kept us updated and offered an in-stock tire, with a higher mileage rating, for less $$ and free installation. Austin saved our weekend plans.

These tires should last me the rest of my life with this car. I already have 100,000 miles. These are 87,000 mile tires. They are solid! I noticed they are a little loud and my ride seems a little less soft but all that's to be expected with these tires. As far as pot holes...I barely notice them! Just glide on over them!

I bought these tires but 2 weeks later BEFORE they were installed, i decided to get a refund.. I went back to the tire area to get a refund and the technician told me without even looking up my account that I would get a refund ! He Didn't remember me and he didn't know me so I felt very uncomfortable that i was never getting a refund , so I went to the store manager , joe... Almost 2 hours later, and 3 different associates later, i finally got my refund.. That reminds me of the only other time i had to return an item and the grief i went through trying to get my refund there.. Sam's Club does have some good prices, but never never ever hope you have to return an item.They just will not want to take it back.And will do everything they can to stop you !!

I went to Sam's Club to get tires. I wasn't sure if I needed 2 or 4. I had no idea what size tires I needed. The guy at the service dept was wonderful. He told me that they would get the car from where I parked it and check them out and let me know. I didn't have an appointment. Within 2 hours, I had new tires put on. They kept my old tires at no additional cost. I was very pleased with my experience.

After pricing out in the area, Sam's had the best price for the value. I ordered them Sunday and got the call Monday they had arrived. The whole process was smooth and with the sale and membership plus discount I was under my expected cost. Everyone was friendly and professional. These tires have a long mileage warranty and I am very happy with the tires and the experience.

This is the second tire I purchased (this year) from Sam's. After having this tire installed, the front end of my car developed a vibration. I assumed it was the front end needing an alignment, so I took it to the Ford dealership. When they checked the car out they found neither of the tires installed by Sam's was properly balanced. The newest tire had 5 ounces of weights on it and it only needed 2.25 ounces. This cost me $145.00 to have the tires properly balanced. Not sure if it was the attendant or their machine needs recalibrating. I still like shopping at Sam's and love the ScanNGo feature.
