The staff significantly overinflated the tires. When I went to the store to discuss, the woman immediately told me that the indicator light on my dashboard was probably because the weather had gotten cooler. For starters the light came on the same afternoon I had the tires installed and the temperature was only a few degrees cooler (like 68 vs. 72) and secondly the ultimate issue was them being improperly overinflated. The entire experience made me decide to not ever trust Sam's again because the inflation to the proper level is the easiest part and they can't even get that right.

I bought these tires but 2 weeks later BEFORE they were installed, i decided to get a refund.. I went back to the tire area to get a refund and the technician told me without even looking up my account that I would get a refund ! He Didn't remember me and he didn't know me so I felt very uncomfortable that i was never getting a refund , so I went to the store manager , joe... Almost 2 hours later, and 3 different associates later, i finally got my refund.. That reminds me of the only other time i had to return an item and the grief i went through trying to get my refund there.. Sam's Club does have some good prices, but never never ever hope you have to return an item.They just will not want to take it back.And will do everything they can to stop you !!

The staff at my local Murrieta CA location gets an A-Plus rating from me. Always very accommodating and quick to complete the job

I put these tires on my wifes Audi Q5. They are amazing!!! Excellent handeling, no road noise and the look very sporty.

I really like my new tires, they feel safe while I am driving.. like the traction control Love that they have the Goodyear name on them.

They knew right away the tire couldn't be fixed and be safe, they rotated and balanced the tires very efficiently

Tire replacement value isn't as expected. Was charged $40 installation fee, wow! Probably will get next set from another tire shop.

dry traction is good, wet traction is better than i expected. Wish they were quieter, but not too bad at highway speeds.

Bought tires for 2 cars recently. Both days were freezing cold with wind. Had to walk around intire bulding to main entrance to get to tire shop. No consideration for customers....

Worst tires I have ever bought. Sam's employees said that Goodyear is aware of the sticker issue causing air to come out but the issue is not been corrected. I have spent 15 hours going back to the store each time my tires deflate
