[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought this for me after much research. This a freaking great unit!! My clothes are cleaner, use less products to get them that way and for being an extra large load size, it's footprint is small. Learning to use the machines was and is intuitive and simple.

The family has used this unit a few times throughout the past few weeks and we love it so far. The spin wash cycles are quick and the dryer gets the job done with the specified settings. Coming from another brand, the LG washer/dryer combo is much more efficient at getting the job done in a smaller form factor. The only reason for giving the combo unit a 4/5 star rating is the WiFi setup and app are a little clunky to use for multiple users, and it would be nice to have more customization for phone push notifications. The WiFi options are also a bit limited, but most of the time someone is at home anyway to check up on the unit. Another ding for the score is the dryer gasket tends to attract a lot of lint, so after every use, the lint collection net, the gasket, and the floor of the unit needs to be cleaned up a bit before putting the next load in.

This is an amazing piece of machinery designed with high technology and performance. Each time we use the washer and dryer the clothes come out perfect and completely dry. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for the replacement of their current washer and dryer. It even makes music when it is done.

I couldn’t be more please with both the sleek look and the great performance. The dryer sensors keep the clothes from coming out burning hot and saves on electricity. The control setting are so easy and functional for this short one! A little more expensive but it will save money in the long run.

She loves everything about this unit except that the washer sits so close to the ground, but now says that it is well worth the money and would buy it again.

It is all one unit; it has a smaller profile than regular stacking units yet actual washer and dryer drums are standard/large size. Furthermore the controls are backlit and there are lights in the drums. Also you cannot choose the water level; the unit/computer weighs the load taking out the guess work and specifies to use just one soap pod. So nice I just load and go.

Using the washer/drawer is effortless. The water efficiency is superb which is especially important since we have a septic system. And it’s beautiful! It is by far my favorite appliance!

Connects to internet in seconds, Amazing how much space it saves and yet washes and dries big loads faster than my older machines. Bonus is that it's beautiful to look at. Very happy!
