We purchased this w/d laundry center in January, 2021. We have had absolutely no problems with it. It is still super quiet and does a great job washing and drying clothes. Easy to use controls. No wonder Consumer Reports rates LG high in quality and reliability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Washer/Dryer! It was exactly what we needed and fits perfect in our small space. I spent many hours researching washers and dryers, stackable and side by sides. We ultimately decided on this unit because of its compact size, but still large drums to wash our comforters, etc. The control panel is in the center, so I don't have to reach high to set the controls. I love the song it plays when loads are complete too. We are very happy with our new LG machine and hope it continues to exceed our expectations over the years.

I love how quiet this machine is. Even the timer when the cycle is over I actually look for my phone lol. It is quick and everything comes out so nice and clean. I will never go back to a top load water again. This thing is wonderful. I had such a hard time finding something to fit in my laundry room because it was small and a main water line ran right in front of the washer. But this is perfect for tight spaces. If you look on the left bottom you can see the water line they put in :)

This machine is very quiet, including a pleasant, short tune that plays to indicate the washing or drying cycle has ended. The capacity is remarkable. Minimal soap is needed to clean a load. The dryer is efficient and effective in drying clothes to the desired degree. I was confused initially as there is no means to manually end a cycle. I am accustomed to being able to turn off a dryer when a load has been sufficiently dried. I discovered the machine will automatically cycle off in the "Pause" mode after several minutes. Being of short stature, I especially appreciate having the controls for both washer and dryer situated in the middle, between the two stacked machines. Overall, we are very happy.

I catch the wife operating the appliance from her phone and laughing because I’m old fashioned and like to use the control panel. The machine has not had one hiccup at all and fit our application perfectly, and moving the washer to the second floor out side the master bedroom it is a very quite and solid machine, It’s our new Mercedes parked up stairs.

After my first use of the LG washer/dryer, I was hooked and knew as soon as my present washer/dryer (which were on their last leg) finally died, I would purchase the LG washer/dryer. I have a very tiny space and the units fit in perfectly. The control panel is in the middle if the unit which is a major plus for me since I'm only 5'1" tall. Operating the units are easy and each unit has a large stainless steel drum. I couldn't be happier.

This unit is so much easier to operate than our old one which leaked and was noisy. We bought LG after a lot of research and speaking to friends and family. Everyone said that LG is the Best and we couldn’t agree more!

It is a bit loud when running (we can hear it in the livingroom), but it's worth the convenience. The tones are loud enough to hear through the house to know when to change loads.

My biggest concern was that it would shake all lover but it barely moves even when the washer is in a spin cycle.Very quiet when running. This unit looks so nice I wanted to put in the living room but my wife said no, the laundry room is better we all know who won!

I bought this few weeks ago and the difference in how it urns to our previous traditional model is huge. Since it automatically can sense the load size, it is water efficient and its upgraded features also help you conserve soap. Additionally, prior to this purchase, we always had to close the laundry room door because the washer and dry were so loud. Now we can barely hear it. The cloths comes out nice, clean, fresh and sweet smelling. We like it makes music when its completes the process. And now we have more space for our pet in the laundry room. We love our LG Washtower
